Buffalo Chicken Pizza Bread

A delicious dish combining buffalo chicken tenders with pizza toppings on a French loaf. The chicken is seasoned, air-fried, and then added to the marinated bread base topped with mozzarella, red onions, ranch, blue cheese, and parsley for a delightful meal.

1: Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 2: Whisk two eggs together in a bowl. 3: In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs. 4: Dip the tenders into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs, coating each side. Set aside. 5: Set air fryer to 350°F and preheat for 3 minutes. Spray the tray with avocado oil. 6: Add tenders to the air fryer and spray with avocado oil. Air fry for 3-5 minutes. 7: Flip and air fry for another 3-5 minutes until chicken is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F. 8: Remove chicken and chop into cubes. Toss in hot sauce right before adding to the pizza bread. 9: Cut the loaf of bread in half and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 10: Spread olive oil on the outside of the bread and place it on the baking sheet. 11: Add marinara sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and red onions to the bread. 12: Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10 minutes. 13: Remove and add chicken, more mozzarella cheese, and red onions. 14: Bake for 5-7 more minutes. 15: Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch and hot sauce, top with blue cheese and parsley. 16: Cut into slices and enjoy!
