1: For the slaw, add red onion, red cabbage, green cabbage, shredded carrots, mayo, lime juice, granulated sugar, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to use. 2: For the fish, drizzle olive oil over tilapia and add cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cover all sides with the seasonings. 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned fish and cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove and cut into pieces. 4: For the cilantro crema, add juice of 2 limes, minced garlic cloves, fresh cilantro, chopped jalapeño, mayo, and sour cream to a food processor or blender. Blend until fully incorporated and chill in the fridge until ready to use. 5: Assemble the tacos by placing fish onto corn tortillas, adding slaw and cilantro crema on top, and serve.
