Delicious crab stuffed shrimp using extra large shrimp, crab meat, and a selection of seasonings. Baked until golden and served with a white wine sauce.

1: Clean and slice shrimp then set aside. 2: Season shrimp with avocado oil, Old Bay seasoning, and creole seasoning. 3: In a small pan, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic for about 5 minutes until softened. 4: In a medium bowl, combine all crab ingredients except for crab meat. 5: Mix in sautéed vegetables then add crab and mix until well combined. 6: Line a baking sheet with foil, stuff shrimp, and place on the baking sheet. 7: Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. 8: For sauce, add white wine, shallots, heavy cream, and lemon juice to a pan. 9: Simmer until reduced to 25%, then mix in butter a few cubes at a time. 10: Add seasonings to the sauce and mix.
