1: Cut chicken lengthwise. Add chicken and seasonings to a bowl and fully coat. Set aside. 2: Steam broccoli and set aside. 3: Boil pasta according to package directions or until al dente. 4: Heat a large pot over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°, remove chicken and set aside. 5: In the same pan, over medium low heat, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 6 minutes. 6: Add heavy cream and season with red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to slightly thicken. 7: Add grated Parmigiano. Add pasta and broccoli and mix with the sauce. Top with parsley. 8: Cut chicken and add to the pasta. Top with more grated Parmigiano and enjoy!
