1: Add water about 2 inches high to a medium pan and bring to a boil. 2: Add a steamer insert to the pot so it is just above the water. 3: Add lobster tails to the steamer and cover the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes until outside shells are bright red. 4: Alternatively, use a steam oven and cook for 6 minutes on steam mode. 5: In a bowl, add all ingredients and chopped lobster. Mix until fully incorporated. 6: Refrigerate or serve immediately. 7: Add 1 Tbsp butter to a pan over medium-high heat. Once butter is melted, toast the buns. 8: Place toasted buns on a plate and add generous scoops of lobster and vegetables. Enjoy!
