1: Add all ingredients except for oil in a bowl and mix until well combined. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. 2: After marinating, add oil to the pan on medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 15 minutes. 3: On medium heat, lightly oil the pan. Add onions and butter and sauté for 3 minutes. 4: Add tomatoes and cashews to the pan, mix well before adding the broth and all seasonings. 5: Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes. Blend mixture until smooth. 6: Add the sauce back to the pan on low heat, add butter and heavy cream, and mix until well combined. 7: Add chicken to the sauce and simmer for 7 minutes. 8: Serve with rice and naan bread.
