1: Let chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight). 2: Dip marinated chicken into flour batter, then back into buttermilk batter, and then once more into flour batter. 3: Let sit for at least 15 minutes. 4: In a saucepan, add butter and let melt completely over medium-low heat. 5: Add hot sauce and honey. Mix and let simmer until the consistency is similar to syrup. 6: Place fried chicken in a bowl and toss in the sauce. 7: Chop lettuce and add to a bowl along with croutons, crispy onions, and ranch dressing. 8: Mix the salad. 9: Lay out a tortilla and add the salad and chicken. 10: Wrap into a burrito. 11: Toast both sides of the burrito in a pan until crispy. 12: Cut in half and enjoy!
