1: Season hamburgers with salt and pepper. 2: Divide the beef into 10 small sliders. 3: In a pan, add oil and cook onions until fragrant. 4: Divide onions into 10 small piles. 5: Place hamburger patties on top of each onion pile. 6: Slightly smash burgers. 7: Flip over and cook until desired doneness. 8: Slightly toast each Hawaiian roll. 9: Add a small cheese slice to each burger and let melt. 10: Assemble burgers by placing sauce, 1 pickle slice, and lettuce on each bottom bun, then add hamburger patties and top buns.
