Prepare a delicious steak dinner with your choice of steak, seasoned with garlic powder, thyme, and butter. Serve it with creamy mashed Yukon gold potatoes flavored with rosemary and garlic, finished off with fresh chives.

1: Boil water in a pot, add a generous amount of salt, and add potatoes. Cook until tender. 2: In a small saucepan, add whole milk, cream, rosemary, and garlic. Simmer until fragrant (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and strain mixture. 3: Rice or mash the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, and butter. 4: Slowly add the cream mixture a little bit at a time until desired creaminess. Top with chives. 5: Sous vide the steak at 146° for 2 hours and 30 minutes or sear until the internal temperature reaches your preferred doneness. Baste with butter towards the end of cooking. 6: If not sous vide, add thyme while basting.
