1: Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 2: Place eggs in boiling water. Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. 3: Remove eggs and place in ice cold water for about 15 minutes. Crack and peel eggs. 4: In a medium-sized bowl, mix tuna, eggs, mayo, celery, basil, parsley, onion, and seasonings along with lemon juice.
