A delicious dish featuring pappardelle pasta and a rich beef sauce made from ground beef, garlic, onions, carrots, and a medley of herbs and spices.

1: In a blender or food processor, add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery. Blend until finely chopped. 2: Add vegetable mix to a pan with olive oil on medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, until softened and golden brown. 3: Add beef to the vegetables and break it into small pieces. Cook for about 6 minutes. 4: Season with salt and pepper, cooking until the beef starts to brown. 5: Add white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the alcohol reduces. 6: Add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Mix well. 7: Then add chopped basil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, bay leaves, thyme, and oregano. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. 8: Let simmer on low heat for 1 hour. 9: Boil water in a pot and add pappardelle pasta. Cook until al dente. 10: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and serve with extra sauce on top and Parmesan cheese.
