1: In a pot, boil eggs and set aside in ice cold water for about 15 minutes. 2: Crack and peel eggs. 3: In a medium-sized bowl, mix tuna, eggs, mayo, celery, basil, parsley, onion, seasonings, and lemon juice. 4: Assemble the sandwich by adding a slice of cheddar and pepper jack cheese to the bottom of your bread. 5: Spread tuna mixture on top of the cheese, add tomatoes, and add another two slices of pepper jack and cheddar cheese. 6: Add butter to a pan or griddle. 7: Toast the sandwich on each side and enjoy!
