1: In a small bowl combine all sauce ingredients and mix. 2: Add oil to a large rimmed pot until it’s 2 inches high. Heat oil to 375°F. 3: Cut fish into 4 even pieces and pat dry with a paper towel. 4: Lightly season fish with salt and pepper. 5: Whisk together salt, pepper, creole seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and all purpose flour. 6: In a separate small bowl, lightly beat the egg. 7: Stir in the egg to the flour mixture. 8: Slowly whisk in the beer until the batter is smooth, without any lumps. 9: Dip the fish one piece at a time into the batter and place in the heated frying oil. 10: Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown. 11: Drain fish on a baking rack. 12: Lightly toast the insides of the bread/buns. 13: Assemble sandwich by spreading a layer of sauce, lettuce, tomato, fish, pickles, and red onion. 14: Add avocado to the top bun and enjoy!
