1: Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. 2: Cook sausage in a large pan. Remove sausage and set aside. 3: In the same pan add olive oil, garlic, and onion. Sauté until fragrant. 4: Add basil and red pepper flakes, sauté for 2 minutes. 5: Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Mix on medium high heat until it starts to thicken. 6: Add the chopped spinach and chopped sun-dried tomatoes and let simmer until the spinach starts to wilt. 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8: Add the sausage back to the pan and then the pasta. 9: Mix until well incorporated and enjoy!
