1: In a large pan on medium low heat, add butter. 2: Sauté garlic and onions, then add flour until it becomes a paste. 3: Add heavy cream and let simmer. 4: Add in smoked paprika, white pepper, and salt. 5: Add all cheese (only 1/3 of the cheddar cheese) and mix until fully incorporated. 6: Boil pasta until al dente and reserve 1/4 of pasta water. 7: Add pasta to cream mixture and mix until fully incorporated. 8: In a 9 x 13 inch pan, add half the pasta, then add 1/3 of the cheddar cheese. 9: Add the second half of pasta, and finish with the remaining cheddar cheese on top. 10: Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
