A delicious Garlic Shrimp Pasta made with spaghetti, shrimp, olive oil, butter, garlic, and topped with grated Parmesan and fresh arugula.

1: In a large pot, cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the package directions. 2: Drain but reserve 1/3 cup of pasta water. 3: In a large pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. 4: Add the red pepper flakes, garlic, and shallots and cook until fragrant. 5: Season shrimp with old bay seasoning and add to the same pan and cook until the shrimp starts to turn pink. 6: Add lemon zest, Italian seasoning, and remaining 4 tablespoons of butter. Stir until butter is melted. 7: Add tomatoes and cook for about a minute. 8: Add the pasta to the pan with the parmesan and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9: Add lemon juice. 10: Remove from heat and add arugula and enjoy!
