Add the unwhipped egg whites and mix until just combined. Let the batter sit for 15-20 minutes before making pancakes. Cook the Pancakes: Add your favorite ingredients to the pancakes, such as blueberries or chocolate chips, while cooking. Cook until golden brown on both sides and fluffy.
