1: Cut brioche bread into 1 1/2 inch thick slices and create a large hole on the side using a skewer. 2: Peel and chop apples, then mix with lemon juice and remaining apple topping ingredients in a bowl. 3: In a pan, melt butter, add sugars, and cook for about 2 minutes until melted, then add apples and cook for 10-15 minutes until softened and pecans for an additional 5 minutes. 4: In a bowl, combine filling ingredients and mix until creamy. 5: In a separate bowl, combine batter ingredients and mix. 6: Fill a baking bag with filling and squeeze into holes of bread, careful not to overstuff. 7: Transfer French toast batter to a casserole dish and coat bread slices. 8: Cook toast in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes on each side. 9: Remove toast and bake on a lined baking pan at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. 10: Serve with apple topping and syrup.
