A delicious salmon burger made with finely chopped onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chives, parsley, and seasoned with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, dill, salt, and pepper. Topped with a yogurt sauce and served on brioche buns with tomato and lettuce.

1: Cut the salmon and onion into large cubes. 2: Add to a food processor and mix until the mixture has a paste-like consistency. 3: Add the mixture to a bowl and combine with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, Panko bread crumbs, and garlic powder. 4: Mix until fully combined. 5: Add ground salmon into a 1 cup measuring cup to form patties. 6: In a heavy bottom pan on medium high heat, add avocado oil and place down the salmon. 7: Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. 8: Add your toppings and enjoy!
