These delicious teriyaki meatballs combine ground beef and pork with a flavorful mix of spices, onions, and garlic, baked until golden and served with a rich teriyaki sauce.

1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients together until well incorporated. 3: Add the eggs and mix until just combined, then mix in the panko. 4: Form the mixture into 1-ounce balls (about 2 tablespoons). 5: Place onto a baking pan and bake for 16-18 minutes. 6: To make the sauce, add 1 cup water, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger in a pan over medium heat. 7: In a bowl, combine cornstarch with the 1/4 cup cold water and whisk until dissolved. 8: Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and cook sauce until it thickens. 9: Place cooked meatballs in the pan and cover with sauce. 10: Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions and enjoy!
