1: Chop all vegetables. 2: Mix all ingredients to create the sauce and set it aside. 3: Add 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat and sauté onions for 3 minutes. 4: Add ginger and garlic, and sauté for an additional minute. 5: Increase heat, add 1 Tbsp oil, and then add beef. Cook until beef is no longer pink. 6: Once beef is done cooking, add red bell peppers and carrots, and cook for 4-5 minutes. 7: Boil water in a pot and add noodles. Cook for 1 minute and 45 seconds, then drain immediately. 8: Add noodles to the vegetable mixture and pour in the sauce. Mix until noodles are fully coated. 9: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 10: Top with scallions, sesame seeds, and a soft boiled egg. Enjoy!
