When melted, add flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes or until the flour begins to turn golden. 5: Pour in the chicken stock, broccoli, and seasoning. Bring to a boil. 6: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the broccoli is cooked through. 7: Stir in half and half, cheese, and more seasoning if desired. 8: Simmer for 20 minutes. 9: Serve in a bread bowl and enjoy!
