What you need

tsp dried dill

bunch broccolini

cup spinach

cup arugula

cup tahini

tsp honey

avocado

cup parsley

cup carrot

cup water

can sweet corn

cucumber

cup cilantro
lemon

bunch scallion

clove garlic clove

bunch radish

jalapeno

head romaine lettuce

oz feta

bunch mixed baby greens
Instructions
1: Add all dressing ingredients to a blender or immersion blender and blend until fully combined. 2: Place the dressing in the refrigerator until ready to use. 3: Chop the broccolini. 4: Drain, rinse, and pat corn dry. 5: Add broccolini and corn to a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. 6: Season with salt and pepper. 7: Roast in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.View original recipe
