What you need

salt

bacon

tsp lemon juice

avocado

green onion

tbsp mayonnaise

brioche buns

tbsp sriracha sauce

garlic clove
Instructions
1: Cook bacon according to package directions. 2: Make the sauce by combining mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, honey, chopped green onion, and lemon juice, set aside. 3: In a bowl, mash avocado and add salt to taste. 4: Whisk eggs together and add to a pan over medium heat. Cook until bottom of eggs are completely cooked. 5: Add cheddar cheese slices and flip over. Cook until eggs are fully cooked. 6: Toast the insides of the buns. 7: Cut eggs in half. 8: Assemble your sandwich by adding the avocado mixture to the bottom bun. 9: Then add the eggs, 2 pieces of bacon cut in half, and add sauce to the inside of the top bun. 10: Enjoy!View original recipe
