For the Salmon Burger: Cut the salmon and onion into large cubes. Add to a food processor and mix until the mixture has a paste-like consistency. Add mixture to a bowl and combine with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, Panko bread crumbs, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined. Add ground salmon into a 1 cup measuring cup to form patties. For the Yogurt Sauce: Combine nonfat plain Greek yogurt, white vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, and kosher salt in a bowl and mix well. To Cook and Assemble: In a heavy bottom pan on medium-high heat, add avocado oil and place salmon patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Arrange your salmon burger on a brioche bun with the yogurt sauce, tomato, and finely sliced lettuce, then enjoy!View original recipe
