Instructions
1: Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano. 2: Add olive oil to a pan over medium-high heat. 3: Cook chicken for 4 minutes, then flip and baste with butter. 4: Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F. 5: In the same pan, add prosciutto and cook until crispy. 6: In a bowl, add mayo, basil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until fully combined. 7: Toast sourdough bread or baguette. 8: Assemble sandwich with toasted bread, Iceberg lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, banana peppers, chicken, prosciutto, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze. 9: Spread basil aioli sauce on the sandwich before serving.View original recipe
