What you need

oz cheddar cheese

tsp salt

cup mayo

celery stalk
tsp dried oregano

tbsp butter

tsp garlic powder

tbsp fresh parsley

cup red onion

splash lemon juice

tomato

tsp pepper

sourdough bread

can tuna

tsp red pepper flake

oz pepperjack cheese

Instructions
1: In a pot, boil eggs and set aside in ice cold water for about 15 minutes. 2: Crack and peel eggs. 3: In a medium-sized bowl, mix tuna, eggs, mayo, celery, basil, parsley, onion, seasonings, and lemon juice. 4: Assemble the sandwich by adding a slice of cheddar and pepper jack cheese to the bottom of your bread. 5: Spread tuna mixture on top of the cheese, add tomatoes, and add another two slices of pepper jack and cheddar cheese. 6: Add butter to a pan or griddle. 7: Toast the sandwich on each side and enjoy!View original recipe
