oz tuna

cup red onion

tsp salt

splash lemon juice

cup mayo

oz cheddar cheese

tbsp butter

sourdough bread
tsp dried oregano

bunch basil

tsp pepper

tsp red pepper flake

Instructions
1: In a pot, boil eggs and set aside in ice cold water for about 15 minutes. 2: Crack and peel eggs. 3: In a medium sized bowl, mix tuna, eggs, mayo, celery, basil, parsley, onion, seasonings, and lemon juice. 4: Assemble the sandwich by adding a slice of cheddar and pepper jack cheese to the bottom of your bread. 5: Spread the tuna mixture, then add tomatoes, and another two slices of pepper jack and cheddar cheese. 6: Add butter to a pan or griddle. 7: Toast sandwich on each side and enjoy!View original recipe
