tsp lime juice

tsp cumin

tbsp red wine vinegar

red bell pepper

lb flank steak

bunch cilantro

cup oil
tbsp honey

tsp ground black pepper

oz monterey jack

can chipotle in adobo

oz white cheddar

tortilla

Instructions
1: Blend Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette ingredients in a food processor or blender until fully incorporated. 2: In a pan over medium high heat, add oil, bell peppers, and onions. Sauté for 5-6 minutes and then set aside. 3: Mix the steak marinade ingredients in a bowl and spread on both sides of the steak. Sous vide or grill until desired doneness (145°F to 150°F). 4: Shred Monterey Jack and white cheddar cheeses. In the same pan, place a tortilla, add a layer of cheese, fajitas, steak, cilantro, and another layer of cheese.
