tbsp unsalted butter

cup all purpose flour

fl oz lemon juice

tsp kosher salt
cup fresh blueberries

cup pistachio nuts

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Add sliced peaches, blueberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and kosher salt to a bowl and mix until well combined. 3: For the crisp topping, mix light brown sugar, all purpose flour, rolled oats, pistachios, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and unsalted cold butter in another bowl until crumbles form. 4: Grease a baking dish with unsalted butter. 5: Add the peach and blueberry mixture to the baking dish. 6: Evenly spread the crisp topping over the fruit mixture. 7: Bake for 45 minutes, until bubbly and browned. 8: Wait 10 to 15 minutes to serve. 9: Top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy.View original recipe
