lb sausage

red bell pepper

pinch rosemary
cup guacamole

tbsp tomato paste
fresh tomatoes

hard-boiled egg
Instructions
1. Chop the red and green bell peppers, white onion, and tomatoes into small pieces. 2. Slice the sausage into bite-sized rounds. 3. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. 4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. 5. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are tender. 6. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, guacamole and a pinch of salt and rosemary. Cook for 5-7 minutes. 7. Mix in the cooked spaghetti pasta with the sausage and vegetable mixture. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley and chunks of boiled egg.
