Instructions
1: Peel and devein shrimp, rinse and pat dry. 2: In a large shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. 3: In another bowl, mix panko and seasoned breadcrumbs. 4: In a third bowl, whisk eggs and splash of water. 5: Drench shrimp in the flour mixture, then shake off excess flour. 6: Dip shrimp in egg batter and shake off excess. 7: Coat shrimp in the breadcrumbs mixture, pressing to adhere. 8: Place shrimp on a wire rack and spray lightly with oil. 9: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 10: Cook shrimp in air fryer for 2-3 minutes, flip, spray with oil, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. 11: Toss shrimp in the sauce and serve.View original recipe
