lb jumbo shrimp

Instructions
1: Peel and devein shrimp. Rinse and pat dry, removing as much moisture as possible. 2: In a large shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. 3: In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and seasoned breadcrumbs. 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and splash of water. 5: Drench the shrimp in the flour mixture, coating all sides, then shake off excess flour. 6: Dip the shrimp in the egg batter, coating well, and shake off excess egg. 7: Coat the shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs to adhere. 8: Place the shrimp on a wire rack and spray with oil to prevent burning. 9: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. 10: Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes, then flip, spray with more oil, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. 11: Toss the cooked shrimp in the mayo, sriracha, sweet chili, garlic powder, and lime juice mixture to combine and enjoy!View original recipe
