What you need

tsp tamarind pulp

cup cilantro
egg

tsp garlic powder
tbsp honey

tsp pepper

tbsp sugar

cup olive oil

hass avocado

cup green onion

cup cashew

tbsp white vinegar

tbsp sundried tomatoes
Instructions
1: Fill a deep pan halfway with canola oil and heat to 350°F. 2: Finely chop all sauce ingredients, combine in a bowl, and set aside. 3: In a medium bowl, gently combine all filling ingredients (except for the egg). 4: Lay out egg roll wrappers. 5: Crack and mix the egg in a small bowl. 6: Gently brush the outside edges of the wrapper with egg. 7: Scoop a large spoonful of filling and place it in the middle of the wrapper, then roll and repeat with remaining filling. 8: Fry egg rolls for 5 minutes, until the wrapper is fully cooked inside and golden brown on the outside. 9: Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
