What you need

tsp smoked paprika

oz butter

cup flour

tsp white pepper

cup heavy cream

cup parmesan

box elbow pasta

clove garlic clove

cup gouda

oz cheddar cheese

oz gruyere

Instructions
1: In a large pan on medium low heat, add butter. 2: Sauté garlic and onions, then add flour until it becomes a paste. 3: Add heavy cream and let simmer. 4: Add in smoked paprika, white pepper, and salt. 5: Add all cheese (only 1/3 of the cheddar cheese) and mix until fully incorporated. 6: Boil pasta until al dente and reserve 1/4 of pasta water. 7: Add pasta to cream mixture and mix until fully incorporated. 8: In a 9 x 13 inch pan, add half the pasta, then add 1/3 of the cheddar cheese. 9: Add the second half of pasta, and finish with the remaining cheddar cheese on top. 10: Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.View original recipe
