Instructions
1: Heat oven to 425°F. 2: Wash and cut potatoes in half. Boil in a pot until tender, generously seasoning water with salt. 3: Drain potatoes and move to a pan lined with parchment paper. Coat potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. 4: Bake potatoes in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy. 5: Coat cauliflower and broccoli with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Move vegetables to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6: Bake vegetables for 12-15 minutes. 7: Season salmon with salt and pepper and move it to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Spray the pan with avocado oil before laying down the salmon. 8: In a bowl, combine sriracha, melted butter, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Generously coat salmon with the sauce and bake for about 12-15 minutes. 9: Broil the salmon for an additional minute if desired for a crispier finish. 10: Plate the salmon and vegetables.
