Instructions
1: Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Wait 10 minutes until the mixture is foamy. 2: In a mixer, mix yeast with remaining sugar. Use the paddle attachment or dough hook. 3: Add in eggs, butter, salt, vanilla, and mashed bananas. 4: Add the flour and knead into a large ball. The dough will be soft and sticky. 5: Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. 6: The dough should double in size. 7: Mix together all filling ingredients until smooth. 8: Preheat oven to 350°F. 9: When the dough is done rising, carefully move dough to an oiled surface. Roll out dough into a rectangle 16 inches long and 12 inches wide. 10: Spread the filling evenly across the dough. 11: Tightly roll your dough into a long tube.
