tsp soy sauce

tsp lime juice

cup mayo

cup buttermilk

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Add cauliflower florets to buttermilk batter and coat evenly. 3: Remove the cauliflower and add to Panko breadcrumbs, coat evenly. 4: Arrange the breaded florets on a parchment-lined baking tray in a single layer. 5: Bake for 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 7 minutes. 6: In a large bowl, toss florets in Bang Bang sauce. 7: Top with scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!View original recipe
