What you need

tsp garlic powder

tbsp unsalted butter

cup chicken broth

tsp pepper

cup cheddar cheese

tsp onion powder

fl oz olive oil

tsp ground black pepper

bunch fresh chives

russet potato

cup scallion

oz steak seasoning
Instructions
1: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. 2: Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce all over with a fork, rub with olive oil and Buttery Steakhouse seasoning. 3: Place potatoes on a cooking sheet and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. 4: Cook bacon in a skillet according to package directions, then remove and set aside. 5: Cut chicken breast in half, season, and sear in the skillet for 5 minutes. Flip, add chicken broth, cover, and cook until temperature reaches 165°. 6: Shred chicken and mix with BBQ sauce. 7: Steam broccoli and corn; sauté onions and bell peppers in the skillet with salt and pepper. 8: Cut potatoes in half, scoop out insides, leaving a 1/4 inch border. 9: Mix potato insides with cheddar cheese, scallions, unsalted butter, sour cream, and seasonings. 10: Fill potato skins with the mixture, top with shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. 11: Broil for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted. 12: Top with bacon, sour cream, and chives, and serve with broccoli, corn, onions, and bell peppers.View original recipe
