What you need

tsp oregano

tbsp beef bouillon

tsp sugar

cup basil

bay leaves

cup white wine
lb ground beef

tbsp tomato paste

tsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp olive oil

tsp red pepper flake

celery stalk

Instructions
1: In a blender or food processor, add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery. Blend until finely chopped. 2: Add vegetable mix to a pan with olive oil on medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, until softened and golden brown. 3: Add beef to the vegetables and break it into small pieces. Cook for about 6 minutes. 4: Season with salt and pepper, cooking until the beef starts to brown. 5: Add white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the alcohol reduces. 6: Add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Mix well. 7: Then add chopped basil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, bay leaves, thyme, and oregano. Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. 8: Let simmer on low heat for 1 hour. 9: Boil water in a pot and add pappardelle pasta. Cook until al dente. 10: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and serve with extra sauce on top and Parmesan cheese.View original recipe
