What you need

tsp corn starch

red bell pepper

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp chili garlic sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

clove garlic

red onion

tsp salt

tbsp hoisin sauce
lb lean ground beef

tsp sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp ginger

pepper

cup carrot

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

cup chicken broth

instant ramen

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
1: Chop all vegetables. 2: Mix all ingredients to create the sauce and set it aside. 3: Add 1 Tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat and sauté onions for 3 minutes. 4: Add ginger and garlic, and sauté for an additional minute. 5: Increase heat, add 1 Tbsp oil, and then add beef. Cook until beef is no longer pink. 6: Once beef is done cooking, add red bell peppers and carrots, and cook for 4-5 minutes. 7: Boil water in a pot and add noodles. Cook for 1 minute and 45 seconds, then drain immediately. 8: Add noodles to the vegetable mixture and pour in the sauce. Mix until noodles are fully coated. 9: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 10: Top with scallions, sesame seeds, and a soft boiled egg. Enjoy!View original recipe
