Instructions
1: Finely chop the sausage and cook until crispy. 2: Add desired amount of tater tots and mash until thin. Cook until crispy. 3: Make salsa by combining large tomato, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, chopped jalapeños, lime juice, lemon juice, and seasoned with salt and pepper. 4: In a small bowl, combine eggs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
