What you need

tbsp sriracha sauce

avocado

tbsp mayonnaise

oz bacon

brioche buns

tsp lemon juice

tsp salt

clove garlic clove

slice cheddar cheese

bunch green onion

Instructions
1: Cook bacon according to package directions. 2: Make the sauce by combining mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, honey, and lemon juice; set aside. 3: In a bowl, mash avocado and add salt to taste. 4: Whisk eggs together and add to a pan over medium heat. 5: Cook until the bottom of the eggs are completely cooked. 6: Add cheddar cheese slices and flip over. 7: Cook until eggs are fully cooked. 8: Toast the insides of the brioche buns. 9: Cut the cooked eggs in half. 10: Assemble your sandwich by adding the avocado mixture to the bottom bun. 11: Then add the eggs, 2 pieces of bacon cut in half, and add the sauce to the inside of the top bun. 12: Enjoy!View original recipe
