What you need

pinch parmesan cheese

baguette

tbsp butter

tbsp balsamic vinegar

pepper

onion

clove garlic clove

cup tomato

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp basil

oz mozzarella balls
Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside and let marinate for about 15 minutes. 2: Thinly slice the onion. In a pan, add about 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. 3: Add onions and cook on low-medium heat until caramelized. 4: Cut the baguette into 1/4 inch slices. In a small bowl, combine garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 5: Brush both sides of baguette slices with the garlic mixture. 6: In a large pan, add olive oil, then baguette slices, and cook over medium heat. Gently press down on the slices to help toast them. 7: Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned. 8: Remove slices and add spoonfuls of the tomato mixture.
