This Easy Buffalo Chicken Pizza recipe features crispy chicken tenders seasoned and dipped in panko breadcrumbs, layered on a deliciously baked French loaf topped with marinara, mozzarella, and blue cheese.

What you need

tsp paprika

fl oz avocado oil

fl oz Ranch Sauce

lb chicken tenders

bunch parsley

tsp garlic powder

fl oz hot sauce

red onion

pepper

cup panko breadcrumbs

tsp onion powder

oz blue cheese

can marinara sauce

oz shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1: Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 2: Whisk two eggs together in a bowl. 3: In another bowl add panko breadcrumbs. 4: Dip the tenders into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs, coating each side, and set aside. 5: Set air fryer to 350°F and preheat for 3 minutes, spraying the tray with avocado oil. 6: Add tenders and spray them with avocado oil; air fry for 3-5 minutes. 7: Flip and air fry for another 3-5 minutes until chicken is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 8: Remove chicken and chop into cubes; toss in hot sauce right before adding to the pizza bread. 9: Cut the loaf of bread in half and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 10: Spread olive oil on the outside of the bread and place it on the baking sheet. 11: Add marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and sliced red onions. 12: Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10 minutes. 13: Remove from the oven and add chicken, more mozzarella cheese, and more red onions. 14: Bake for 5-7 more minutes. 15: Remove from the oven, drizzle with ranch and hot sauce, top with blue cheese and parsley, cut into slices, and enjoy.View original recipe
