
Buffalo Chicken Pizza Bread

A delicious dish combining buffalo chicken tenders with pizza toppings on a French loaf. The chicken is seasoned, air-fried, and then added to the marinated bread base topped with mozzarella, red onions, ranch, blue cheese, and parsley for a delightful meal.

What you need

bunch parsley

oz blue cheese

red onion

fl oz hot sauce

fl oz avocado oil

tsp garlic powder

fl oz Ranch Sauce

tsp salt

pepper

tbsp onion powder

cup panko breadcrumbs

lb chicken tenders

tsp paprika

french bread

oz shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1: Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 2: Whisk two eggs together in a bowl. 3: In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs. 4: Dip the tenders into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs, coating each side. Set aside. 5: Set air fryer to 350°F and preheat for 3 minutes. Spray the tray with avocado oil. 6: Add tenders to the air fryer and spray with avocado oil. Air fry for 3-5 minutes. 7: Flip and air fry for another 3-5 minutes until chicken is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F. 8: Remove chicken and chop into cubes. Toss in hot sauce right before adding to the pizza bread. 9: Cut the loaf of bread in half and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 10: Spread olive oil on the outside of the bread and place it on the baking sheet. 11: Add marinara sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and red onions to the bread. 12: Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10 minutes. 13: Remove and add chicken, more mozzarella cheese, and red onions. 14: Bake for 5-7 more minutes. 15: Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch and hot sauce, top with blue cheese and parsley. 16: Cut into slices and enjoy!View original recipe
