Instructions
1: Form the beef into even sized balls. 2: Place in a pan and smash down with a spatula until thin. 3: Season with salt and pepper. 4: Cook until crispy. Place sliced onions on top of the beef patties and flip. Cook until crispy. Add cheese. 5: For the sauce, mix mayo, yellow mustard, ketchup, chopped dill pickle, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl. 6: For the hash browns, shred potatoes and rinse until water is clear. Drain and squeeze the water out. 7: In a bowl, mix potatoes with chopped onion, egg, and flour. Form even sized balls. 8: Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and place potatoes in the pan. Smash down with a spatula. 9: Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper. 10: Assemble the burger by spreading sauce on the bottom bun, adding pickles, a hamburger patty, hash browns, and another patty.
