What you need

tsp salt

tsp chili powder

tsp ginger

tbsp avocado oil

tbsp butter

red onion

cup plain yogurt

tbsp heavy cream

tsp sugar

cup chicken broth

tsp turmeric

clove garlic clove

roma tomato

cup cashew nut
Instructions
1: Add all ingredients except for oil in a bowl and mix until well combined. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. 2: After marinating, add oil to the pan on medium-high heat and cook chicken for about 15 minutes. 3: On medium heat, lightly oil the pan. Add onions and butter and sauté for 3 minutes. 4: Add tomatoes and cashews to the pan, mix well before adding the broth and all seasonings. 5: Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes. Blend mixture until smooth. 6: Add the sauce back to the pan on low heat, add butter and heavy cream, and mix until well combined. 7: Add chicken to the sauce and simmer for 7 minutes. 8: Serve with rice and naan bread.View original recipe
