A delicious cast iron pizza with a dough made from 00 flour, warm water, sugar, kosher salt, and instant yeast. The dough is mixed and allowed to rise for a couple of days before being rolled out and baked in a skillet.

What you need

tsp instant yeast

tsp sugar
cup warm water

cup plain flour
Instructions
1: Add all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer with a dough hook. 2: Mix the dough on low speed for 8 minutes. 3: Stop and cover the bowl with a clean dish towel or plastic wrap and allow to stand for 10 minutes. 4: Remove the cover on the mixing bowl and continue kneading on low speed for 8 more minutes. 5: Oil a bowl and place the dough in it. 6: Cover and refrigerate for 2 days. 7: Preheat oven to 500°F. 8: On a floured surface, roll out dough into a circle. 9: Place in a skillet and add toppings. 10: Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until desired crispiness.View original recipe
