What you need

avocado

tbsp olive oil
tsp lime juice
cup basmati rice
tbsp flour
cup mayo

can black beans
tsp salt

tbsp water

cilantro

tbsp butter

bay leaves

tsp smoked paprika

onion

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

tsp onion powder
lb ground beef
Instructions
1: In a skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Break the beef into small pieces and cook until almost fully browned. 2: Add chopped onions and seasonings (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika). Cook until onions are soft and translucent. 3: In a small pan, add whole milk and simmer until hot. Then melt butter in the same pan. 4: Combine melted butter with flour in the small pan to make a roux. Gradually add in the hot milk, and then add the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. 5: In a pot, add olive oil, basmati rice, and water over medium high heat. Add salt and bay leaves, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes. 6: Once rice is cooked, add cilantro and lime juice. 7: In a bowl, combine mayo, water, lime juice, salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, and chipotle adobo sauce to make the chipotle sauce. 8: Warm the tortillas. On one tortilla, add a layer of shredded cheese and nacho cheese, then top with another tortilla. 9: Fill the burrito with avocado, rice, black beans, beef, jalapeños, and chipotle sauce. 10: Roll into a burrito and cook for about a minute on the outside.
